Dear Anita:
MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Signet Group Services US Inc. (“Signet”)
Project Approach
Signet will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Signet to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software.
Responsibilities
The following table outlines the key responsibilities for Signet and Moreland.
Moreland will perform the Services at MorelandConnect and Signet office locations.
1. Scope of Work MorelandConnect agrees to modernize the Diamond Room application module from its existing Delphi code base running on Windows to a Java code base running on Linux, hosted on AWS. The project will include:
Migration and duplication of existing application functionality in the new Java application.
For Development Deployment:
On Premise JBoss servers
Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing, and Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support as necessary for deployment (deployment responsibility remains with Signet). Moreland connect will be available to field any questions to support releases to development, staging (QA) and production environments. At Signet’s discretion Moreland is happy to provide this support onsite or remotely.
A presentation explanation of how Generative AI tools were utilized in the modernization process.
New functionality and changes to the user experience of the application are explicitly out of scope for this project.
2. Assumptions The successful completion of this project is contingent upon the following assumptions:
Signet will provide MorelandConnect with all necessary network accounts, access credentials, and permissions required to perform the work.
Signet will make available the current Diamond Room application code base

Moreland connect will be available to field any questions to support releases to development, staging (QA) and production environments.
