MorelandConnect LLC ("Moreland") is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter ("Agreement") confirming our consulting
services (the "Services") to assist Western Enterprises ("Client") with the migration of three existing engineering and servi ce-
bench applications suppo rting Meriam’s embedded instrument modules (EPI pressure sensors and variants) — EI Interface,
Gen1 File Creator, and Batch File Loader — into Western Enterprises’ existing Blazor application.
Project Approach
Western Enterprises will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels
(e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Western Enterprises to coordinate the migration,
implementation, and rev iew of the applications within Western Enterprises’ Blazor application.
Responsibilities
The following table outlines the key responsibilities for Western Enterprises and Moreland.
Organization Key Responsibilities
Western Enterprises • Appoint a project leader to direct team activities and assist with project
execution
• Provide timely access to the EI Interface, Gen1 File Creator, and Batch File
Loader source code, supporting documentation, and subject matter experts
• Provide access to representative EPI pressure sensor hardware, sensor
racks, and serial/communication interfaces needed for development and
validation
• Review and provide feedback on interim deliverables within two (2)
business days
• Approve and sign off on final deliverables and user acceptance testing
(UAT)
MorelandConnect • Work with Western Enterprises to manage the project plan and creation of
deliverables
• Participate in the activities described in the "Project Activities, Scope, and
Approach" section below
