MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the “Services”) to assist Seeber Lifesciences, LLC f/k/a Seeber Farms Management (“Seeber”) with Phase 3 of the PharmaCast Production Pilot (the “Project”).
Background
Seeber and Moreland have partnered across the PharmaCast Discovery, MVP, and Phase 2 Production Pilot engagements to deliver a professional-grade pharmaceutical forecasting platform incorporating advanced AI research, refined forecasting capabilities, and a production-quality user experience.
Phase 2 is nearing completion and is currently in external beta testing with pharmaceutical forecasting subject-matter experts identified by Seeber. Feedback on functionality has been strong, and several enhancement opportunities have been identified that will materially improve the platform’s value, consistency, and presentation quality ahead of Seeber’s planned strategic-partner and go-to-market conversations.
This Arrangement Letter scopes “Phase 3.1”—the strategic-readiness set of product improvements to be completed prior to end of June 2026, in support of Seeber’s planned discussions with potential acquirers and strategic partners. Backend, pilot-readiness, and commerce items (e.g., subscription billing, Stripe integration) are explicitly deferred to a subsequent Phase and are not included in this Agreement.
Scope of Services
Moreland will provide consulting services to assist Seeber with the following:

• Model Template Updates: Incorporate updated forecast model templates provided by Seeber based on beta-tester feedback. Update the platform to accept and reflect revised flows, inputs, and outputs end-to-end, including new assumption rationale and source metadata provided alongside each input.
• Model Selection Prompt / Guided Setup: Add a lightweight guided prompt during new-forecast creation that asks
