General Standard Best Practices Provided by Payne & Tompkins Design Renovations LLC
Project Preparation
Onsite walk-through with client to review site staging
Seal off rooms not being worked in
Seal off all ductwork openings to prevent any dust from migrating elsewhere in the home
Make certain dumpster is on boards to protect driveway
Install lockbox with key on homeowner approved door
Provide Portable commode
Project Close-out
Conduct final walk-through with Owner
Test all outlets, confirm hot cold faucet orientation as needed
Remove any packing materials, protective coatings on any finish items
Clean entire work area with professional cleaning company
Clean all windows, glass doors, shower doors, or mirrors
Broom clean and mop unfinished areas
Remove Portable commode
Remove Dumpster
Exterior Scope of Work
