Thank you for taking the time to walk through our findings in the Phase 1 Good, Bad, and Ugly (GBU) report. We have attached that document for your records. Project Approach AFIX will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with AFIX to coordinate the implementation and resolution of identified items throughout thi s engagement. Responsibilities The following table outlines the key responsibilities for AFIX and Moreland. Overview Based on our initial review, we are proposing an estimated 40–60 hours of effort to complete the first phase of work. This phase will focus on getting the existing solution stood up locally, facilitating the transfer of ownership and access where needed, and addressing the items identified in the “Ugly” section of the Good, Bad, and Ugly report. The estimated range is intentional. A portion of this work is dependent on the cooperation and responsiveness of the previous development team, including their willingness to work with us in transferring project assets and ownership required for a successful handoff. If that process goes smoothly, we would expect to be closer to the lower end of the range. If we encounter access issues, missing documentation, incomplete code, environmental dependencies, or other roadblocks, the effort may move toward the higher end.
