CIMS has requested that Moreland develop and implement an AI Scanning utility to enable efficient capture of TIN and Customer information. This utility will be built using MorelandConnect’s Foundation tools and integrated into the current Mobile implementation of the CIMS electronic tire registration portal along with administrative controls. Administrative tools will be added for enabling these features as clients opt into these services. Scope of Services Moreland will provide consulting services to assist CIMS with the following: In Scope 1. Tire Identification Number (TIN) Scanning Development of a scanning utility capable of capturing an image of a tire sidewall using a device camera. Implementation of OCR or image processing to extract the Tire Identification Number (TIN) from the captured image. Validation logic to ensure extracted TIN values conform to expected formatting standards. Ability for the user to manually edit or confirm extracted TIN values before submission. 2. Background Moreland has been providing development services to CIMS since 2018 that include the design, build, and support of the ElectronicTireRegistration.com portal and API services. CIMS has requested that Moreland develop and implement an AI Scanning utility to enable efficient capture of TIN and Customer information. This utility will be built using MorelandConnect’s Foundation tool s and integrated into the current Mobile implementation of the CIMS electronic tire registration portal along with administrative co ntrols . Administrative tools will be added for enabling these features as clients opt into these services. Scope of Services Moreland will provide consulting services to assist CIMS with the following: In Scope 1. Background Moreland has been providing development services to CIMS since 2018 that include the design, build, and support of the ElectronicTireRegistration.com portal and API services. CIMS has requested that Moreland develop and implement an AI Scanning utility to enable efficient capture of TIN and Customer information. This utility will be built using MorelandConnect’s Foundation tool s and integrated into the current Mobile implementation of the CIMS electronic tire registration portal along with administrative co ntrols . Administrative tools will be added for enabling these features as clients opt into these services. Scope of Services Moreland will provide consulting services to assist CIMS with the following: In Scope 1. Background Moreland has been providing development services to CIMS since 2018 that include the design, build, and support of the ElectronicTireRegistration.com portal and API services. CIMS has requested that Moreland develop and implement an AI Scanning utility to enable efficient capture of TIN and Customer information. This utility will be integrated into the current Mobile implementation of the CIMS electronic tire registration portal along with administrative controls. Administrative tools will be added to enable these features as clients opt into these services. Scope of Services Moreland will provide consulting services to assist CIMS with the following: In Scope 1. Tire Identification Number (TIN) Scanning  Development of a scanning utility capable of capturing an image of a tire sidewall using a device camera.  Implementation of OCR or image processing to extract the Tire Identification Number (TIN) from the captured image.  Validation logic to ensure extracted TIN values conform to expected formatting standards.  Ability for the user to manually edit or confirm extracted TIN values before submission. 2.
