(“Western”) Project Approach Western will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Western to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software. Responsibilities The following table outlines the key responsibilities for Western and Moreland. Moreland will perform the Services at MorelandConnect and Western office locations. Scope of Work MorelandConnect agrees to modernize the Pressure Sensor Regression Engine 3.52.xls and PSDC Pressure Sensor Regression Engine 1.73.xls from an Excel/VBA application to a C# .NET framework with a modern front end (React or Blazer). The project will include: Migration and duplication of existing application functionality in the new application. Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing, and Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support as necessary for deployment (deployment responsibility remains with Western). Moreland connect will be available to field any questions to support releases to development, staging (QA) and production environments. At Western’s discretion Moreland is happy to provide this support onsite or remotely. 2. Assumptions The successful completion of this project is contingent upon the following assumptions: Western will provide MorelandConnect with all necessary network accounts, access credentials, and permissions required to perform the work. Western will make available the current application code base for review and migration. Western will provide access to any required supporting databases and libraries. Western is responsible for the deployment of the modernized application, with MorelandConnect providing support as necessary. 3.
