February 26, 2025 Dear Gary: MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist AiCTIVE Management, LLC. (“AiCTIVE Management”) with the Property Management platform (the "Project"). Project Approach AiCTIVE Management will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with AiCTIVE Management to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software. Responsibilities The following table outlines the key responsibilities for AiCTIVE Management and Moreland. Moreland will perform the Services at MorelandConnect office locations. 1. Overview This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the engagement for a two-week Design to Prototype Sprint to develop a functional prototype and define a roadmap for future product build out phase. The prototype will allow users to engage with the platform dynamically, test core functionalities, and provide feedback to refine further development. 2. Objectives Develop a functional prototype that allows users to request a demo, configure settings, deploy agents, and view results on a dynamic dashboard. Integrate PDF/Excel/CSV file processing to extract key tenant data. Provide a structured roadmap for product completion. 3. Deliverables Week 1: Collaborative Discovery & Planning Refine user workflows and technical requirements based on provided mockups and data. Confirm requirements for Home Page with workflow to start with Request Demo or View Pricing Confirm requirements for Request Demo feature, including the ability to experience an agent call.
