MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Cheezoo LLC (“Cheezoo”) with correcting high priority issues with Cheezoo web and mobile application (the "Project").
Background
Cheezoo is a platform designed to connect users with professional photographers and enable aspiring photographers to showcase their work. The Cheezoo app allows individuals to find affordable photography services or become professional photographers themselves by creating profiles, uploading portfolios, and setting prices for their services
Cheezoo has asked Moreland to correct high priority issues identified in the web and mobile application to remedy certain recurring bugs and provide a more stable and architecturally sound code base to enable efficient further development of both the mobile and web application.
Moreland has conducted a code review of Cheezoo web and mobile application and identified several high priority items to resolve.
Project Activities, Scope, and Approach
Project Approach
Cheezoo will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Cheezoo to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software.
Responsibilities
The following table outlines the key responsibilities for Cheezoo and Moreland.
Moreland will perform the Services at MorelandConnect and Cheezoo office locations.
Organization/Staffing
It is anticipated that the Services will require effort from Cheezoo personnel. This work will be coordinated by an appropriate engagement contact assigned by Cheezoo. Moreland will provide resources to the Project to assist Cheezoo in the Project activities.
