Dear Tim:
MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland” or “Vendor”) is pleased to provide this Statement of Work (“SOW”) under the Master Services Agreement between Ohio Farmers Insurance Company (“Westfield”) and Moreland dated as of October 16, 2026 (the “MSA”). This SOW is governed by the MSA, and capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the MSA. It describes consulting services (the “Services”) to migrate Westfield’s Claims Inquiry application from OutSystems to a React application built to Westfield’s standards (the “Project”).
1. Work Requirements
Background
Westfield has a portfolio of approximately 22 applications built on the OutSystems low-code platform and intends to migrate them to modern, Westfield-owned code. Because OutSystems does not provide access to application source code while the platform remains in use, migration requires reconstructing each application’s requirements, business rules, and user experience from the running application and the information available in the OutSystems environment.
Westfield’s team has already developed a capable AI-assisted process that crawls an application, generates requirements and test reports, and refines them with application owners. Westfield also expects to modernize a larger set of legacy web applications in 2027 and 2028, so the ability to extract and convert applications efficiently with AI is a strategic capability beyond OutSystems.
Claims Inquiry is a read-only application used by Westfield’s independent agents and internal employees to search claims, view claim details (activity, payments, notes, and documents), and run loss run and claim summary reports. Because it is agent-facing, quality and security carry par
