Dear Tim:
MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland” or “Vendor”) is pleased to provide this Statement of Work (“SOW”)
under the Master Services Agreement between Ohio Farmers Insurance Company (“Westfield”) and
Moreland dated as of October 16, 2026 (the “MSA”). This SOW is governed by the MSA, and capitalized
terms not defined here have the meanings given in the MSA. It describes consulting services (the
“Services”) to migrate Westfield’s Claims Inquiry application from OutSystems to a React application
built to Westfield’s standards (the “Project”).
