MorelandConnect LLC ("Moreland") is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter ("Agreement") confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Codonics, Inc. ("Codonics") with the implementation and testing of the All Clear V1 browser application (the "Project").
Background
Codonics develops medication safety technology and seeks to help pharmacy staff review waste results and service staff identify devices, tanks and cuvettes needing attention.
The Project builds on the September 10, 2026 discovery meeting and the September 11 V1 feature scope proposal shared with Codonics. This engagement delivers V1 to Codonics for testing and acceptance; hospital go-live support and commercial release activities are excluded.
Scope of Services
Moreland will provide consulting services to assist Codonics with the following:
In Scope
Pharmacy review and sensitivity controls. Implement the past-day summary, reporting-period selection, match/mismatch/inconclusive counts, visual summary and last-updated information. Provide event details for available drug identity, concentration, measured quantity, reasons, attestations and case context. Add global and per-drug sensitivity preview, reset and save using Codonics-approved calculations.
Device and consumable views. Display device identifiers, locations, operating/offline/fault/unknown status and available fault details. Support location and service-need grouping, tank levels, near-capacity warnings and cuvette replacement attention using agreed source fields and thresholds.
Data integration and hospital access. Read available SWS records through an agreed supported interface; preserve source measurements and store application settings separately. Provide sign-in, facility/role access, system-wide identity blinding settings and responsive desktop, tablet and phone layouts. Prepare a deployment package and installation instructio
