REMODEL AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this __________________________, by and between PAYNE & TOMPKINS DESIGN RENOVATIONS LLC (the "Builder”), 10690 Mayfield Road, Chardon, Ohio 44024, Tax Id. No. 68-0655434 and ______________________ (the “Owner”) regarding property located at: ___________________________ (the “Property”) to perform certain remodeling services to improvements on the Property (hereinafter the “Work”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the Builder and the Owner (collectively, the “Parties”) agree as follows:
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The “Contract Documents,” which are attached hereto and incorporated herein or submitted electronically to Owner, shall mean the applicable documents listed below, in addition to this Agreement:
