MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the “Services”) to assist Sotera Health LLC (“Sotera”) with a set of enhancements to the GPS Portal: improvements to the Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) workflow, a new global Quick Search capability, and a UI chart update. These items were reviewed against the live GPS Portal code (the React front-end portal and the .NET ASN application) and are requested by Amber Gniewosz and the Sterigenics GPS team.
Background
Sotera continues to extend the GPS Portal used by Sterigenics customers and staff. The GPS team has prioritized a wave of ASN usability and data-handling improvements, a global search capability across the portal, and a small UI chart refresh. Moreland reviewed each request directly against the current GPS code base to size the work and identify the decisions that drive effort. This Agreement covers Features 1 through 5b and Item 7 from that review. A separately identified platform modernization item (the ASN application’s .NET runtime upgrade) is recommended but is not included in this scope; Moreland can provide a separate Arrangement Letter for it if Sotera elects to proceed.
Project Scope and Approach

Moreland will assist Sotera in implementing the following enhancements to the GPS Portal:
Feature 1 — ASN Item Cloning (4–8 hrs).
• Add a clear, per-row Clone control to the added-items grid that deep-copies all fields (Item #, Qty, Load #, Lot), inserts the copy directly beneath the original with a fresh line number, keeps it editable, and briefly highlights the new row. Replaces today’s fragile DOM-driven “clone” behavior that can act on the wrong row.
