Executive Summary
1st American Courier currently operates between two disparate transportation management systems—Logitrack (used exclusively for McMaster, your largest customer at roughly 40% of order volume) and CXT (used for all other customers). Both billing and driver payment workflows depend heavily on manual data movement: exporting reports, pasting numbers into Excel templates, saving worksheets as PDF invoices, attaching them to individual emails, and hand-keying driver pay for roughly 80 drivers each pay period.
This proposal outlines a phased engagement designed to deliver fast, tangible wins by automating the highest-friction parts of your billing process first, while laying the groundwork for a longer-term plan to consolidate onto a system you own and control. We propose to begin with a tightly scoped Discovery & Technical Feasibility phase to validate data access against Logitrack and CXT—the gating question for every downstream automation.
