Background Katie’s Way Plus is a multi-location wellness clinic specializing in providing comprehensive mental care for members of the U.S. military. The clinics combine four services (Deep TMS, Virtual Reality CBT Led Exposure Therapy, prioritized service, and the Remote24 patient monitoring program) to empower patients to address depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms. Remote24 is a patient monitoring program that was prototyped by Moreland and KWP in the Spring of 2023. Remote24 is a mobile software application owned by KWP that can assist the medical staff to identify and prioritize intervention for high-risk patients. The Remote24 mobile app can help individuals to measure their stress level using the Binah facial scan and to securely share results with their assigned care provider at the KWP clinic. In early 2023, MorelandConnect and Katie’s Way partnered to build a Binah-supported mobile app and clinic support application as a proof-of-concept Remote Patient Monitoring platform. Katie’s Way Plus wants Moreland to prepare the platform for clinical use. KWP has asked Moreland to assist in the design and development of the Remote24 product and supporting user portals. The app and portals will use React Native and the Binah STK architecture running a database and backend hosted on Microsoft’s Azure environment. Additional technology will be integrated into the platform as requested by KWP.
