(“Hinkley”) with the Discovery Sprint for the next-generation Hinkley digital experience (the “Project”). Background Hinkley is evaluating the next generation of its digital experience for sales reps, interior designers, and customers. Before committing to a full platform build, Hinkley and Moreland have agreed to a focused four-week Discovery Sprint to answer the most important question: what should Hinkley’s next-generation digital experience actually look like? Rather than a study that sits on a shelf, the Sprint produces something that can be seen, touched, and demonstrated to Hinkley leadership — a working interactive prototype, a live voice-first assistant demo, an AI-powered product visualization proof-of-concept, a technical architecture blueprint, and an executive business case. Together these deliverables provide everything required to make a confident go/no-go decision on the full build. This Arrangement Letter scopes the Discovery Sprint and is intended to be followed, at Hinkley’s option, by a separate Arrangement Letter covering full design and build of the production application. The existing Hinkley application will continue running in parallel throughout the Sprint with zero disruption to active rep workflows. Scope of Services Moreland will provide consulting services to assist Hinkley with the following: In Scope Interactive Prototype: A clickable visual demo of the next-generation Hinkley app — real screens, real flows, designed to the Fredrick Ramond visual standard. Covers the mobile rep experience, grounded in the product catalog and data available in Salsify. Voice-First Assistant Demo: A live, working voice demo
