propose a strategic partnership that installs Foundation and assigns a dedicated engineering team
to systematically deliver against your backlog of opportunity.
Phase 1: The "Order Entry & Sales Bundle" (Q1 Focus)
We begin immediately by deploying the Foundation Platform and tackling the highest friction
point: manual order entry. This Q1 build combines several related use cases into a single, cohesive
"Smart Order Workspace" for your Customer Care team.
• Foundation: Establishing the secure "Semantic Layer" connecting SAP Business One ,
Email/Office 365 , and BigCommerce .
• Automated Ingestion: Automating the extraction and posting of orders from B2B
Emails/PDFs and Third -Party Marketplaces (Amazon/Home Depot) directly into SAP.
• The "Sales Assist" Engine: Implementing the "Upsell/Cross -sell" logic. The AI will analyze
purchase history and prompt agents with real -time suggestions during order validation to
increase Average Order Value .
The 2026 Engagement Model: Modular Execution
We have structured our partnership around a Modular Execution Model . This provides you with
budgetary control and clarity —we scope, price, and approve each major initiative (such as AP
Automation or Logistics Routing) as a distinct module.
Capacity for Parallel Velocity (2 FDEs) To deliver the comprehensive Smart Order Workspace
(both the Infrastructure/Ingestion and the Sales Assist Engine) within the Q1 window, we will assign
