Quote to Cash (QTC) (CRM to be determined, Quote & Order Management, Pricing, Logistics to be determined, EDI, Invoicing, & Customer Master) Requisition to Pay (RTP) (Quoting, Sourcing, Suppliers, EDI, Receiving, Warehousing, Inspection & Vendor Master) Record to Report (RTR) (General Ledger, Chart of Account, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting Management, Cash Management, & Financial Reporting) Key Deliverables: High level current process overview (QTC, RTP, RTR) High level future process flows by business (Distribution channels and separately U.S. versus Canada locations) Detailed business requirements for Financials, Procurement, Order Management and Distribution Request for Proposal (RFP) from 3-5 ERP vendors RFP evaluation summary and analysis ERP software demonstration scripts and evaluation summary including any embedded AI Reference checking questionnaire document per implementation vendor Final (2 to 1) vendor comparison evaluation summary Vendor finalist detailed implementation cost worksheet Vendor finalist implementation approach / plans Target integration architecture Evaluation of AI tools and solutions whether embedded into the ERP or for targeted reporting enhancements that can be added as needed.
