Background
Thesis Lighting is at a pivotal inflection point. As you prepare to close your separation from EGLO on February 27th, the urgency to establish an independent operational platform has never been clearer. Your team currently relies on EGLO’s SAP environment along with PIM, CRM, and supporting IT systems — all of which must be replaced within the 24-month runway provided by EGLO.
MorelandConnect has been engaged with Thesis Lighting since late 2025 and has presented a comprehensive five-phase program to guide the full transformation. We understand and fully support your decision to focus on Stage 1 - getting the right ERP foundation in place quickly and cleanly - before layering on additional capabilities. This is the right call.
This Arrangement Letter confirms our engagement to provide Stage 1 Discovery and ERP Selection consulting services. Our goal is to help Thesis Lighting move quickly, make the right ERP choice, and set a strong foundation for everything that follows.
Scope of Services
MorelandConnect will provide consulting services to assist Thesis Lighting with the following:
Phase 1 — Strategic Architecture & Discovery (2-day onsite workshop + 5 days analysis):
Conduct a 2-day deep-dive onsite workshop with business leaders and key users
Document high-level current process flows across Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Requisition-to-Pay (RTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR)
Develop high-level future process flows by business unit (US vs. Canada; distribution channels)
Identify and document must-have business requirements for Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Distribution
Produce an initial architecture diagram identifying ERP candidates and integration pathways
