Guided Health has done the hard thinking. The Concept & Requirements document is one of the clearest
briefs we've received: the client hierarchy, the registration principles, the PHI boundaries and the MVP/V1 cut
are all decided, with the reasoning written down. That lets us spend discovery confirming and de-risking
rather than inventing, and it is why we can commit to a fixed price for the whole MVP rather than discovery
alone.
What we propose is to build the MVP the Agency Brief defines, with a handful of items moved to V1 so the
price stays lean: a mobile-first member web app in English and Spanish over Zendesk messaging, an internal
admin tool for Guided Health staff, and the HIPAA and SOC 2-ready cloud foundation behind both, in Guided
Health's own accounts from day one. One MorelandConnect squad, based in Cleveland and working on US
Eastern time, delivers it in ten weeks, with discovery in the first two weeks running alongside the foundation
work rather than in front of it.
Investment. A fixed $175,000 for the full ten weeks: $25,000 at commencement and three payments of
$50,000 in November, December and January. Because we build with AI-assisted development, the plan uses
about 700 hours where the brief anticipated roughly three engineers plus a des
