MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”)
confirming our consulting services (the “Services”) to assist Safeguard Properties (“Safeguard”).
Background
Safeguard Properties is a leading national property preservation and field services company, providing
comprehensive solutions to mortgage servicers, investors, and government agencies across the United
States.
As part of the ongoing Vendor Asset Management (VAM) platform initiative, Safeguard requires the
development of multiple new UI modules within the existing codebase. These modules will provide
operational dashboards, daily operations views, order exception handling, monthly slotting, supply chain
management, recruiting, and supply chain configuration capabilities.
All development will occur within the current system architecture. Backend tables and API endpoints
required for each module will be supplied by Safeguard and ready for front -end integration.
Scope of Services
Moreland will provide consulting services to assist Safeguard with the following:
In Scope
• Dashboard UI: frontend layout, data visualization components (charts, metrics), API integration
and state management
• Daily Ops UI: frontend layout, user interaction workflows and business logic, API integration with
Moreland and Safeguard endpoints
• Order Exceptions UI: frontend layout, filtering/sorting/interaction logic, API integration
• Monthly Slotting UI: frontend layout, controls and data presentation logic, API integration
