MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the “Services”) for Orazen Extruded Polymers, Inc. at Aurora, OH (“Orazen”)
Background
Orazen Extruded Polymers, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of extruded polymer products for the commercial glazing and construction market, headquartered in Aurora, Ohio. Founded in 2011, Orazen produces rubber products including wedge gaskets, storefront flush glaze gaskets, sponge and dense presets, and custom extrusions. The company operates with departments spanning engineering, production, sales, shipping, and administration.
Orazen is seeking to optimize the use of technology across all departments to improve business processes and operational efficiency. The company currently utilizes Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and wishes to evaluate how this platform and other technologies can be better leveraged to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support continued growth.
This engagement follows initial discussions with Mike Orazen (Owner and President), who has expressed interest in a comprehensive, department-by-department review of how Orazen is leveraging technology to improve processes and procedures across the organization.
MorelandConnect will conduct onsite review sessions at Orazen’s offices in Aurora, Ohio, working with department heads and staff to assess current technology utilization, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and other software platforms as appropriate.
