MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Zeem Solutions, Inc. (“Zeem”) with a Discovery project in support of Zeem's enterprise AI platform initiative (the "Project").
Background
Zeem operates electric fleet charging depots serving commercial fleet customers, with operations spanning charging and depot management, vehicle leasing and billing, and energy and utility coordination. Zeem has selected Claude as the core AI platform for its business and has set a clear strategic direction: move from systems that merely record work to AI-driven systems of action that automate it; simplifying communication, embedding operational knowledge into AI agents, and integrating existing systems without wholesale replacement.
Zeem's current Salesforce implementation is costly, complex, and misaligned with the company's fast-moving culture, and key operational data is fragmented across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and charger telemetry from Flipturn. Zeem's leadership envisions a governed data platform (with role-based access controls and Claude at the center) that consolidates these sources and powers automated workflows, tailored communications, and AI-generated dashboards and reporting.
Zeem's thinking on AI is already well advanced. Accordingly, this engagement compresses early-stage discovery and weights the effort toward building working use cases. The first area of focus will be depot operations, beginning with Flipturn charger telemetry at the depot, automating manual, error-prone workflows such as customer notifications when vehicle charging is complete and digitizing the operational expertise of Zeem's depot leadership so it can scale across locations.

Purpose
This Change Order closes the Discovery Project (Appendix 1) early and authorizes $75,000 of work from October through December 2026, billed at $25,000 on the final day of October, November, and December 2026. Zeem’s stated priority is a Salesforce-replacement CRM MVP by October 31, 2026, followed by hardening the CRM into production and building out the Company Brain in November and December. Zeem's Salesforce subscription ends October 31.
Changes
Discovery closed. The CRM / Company Brain prototype on Zeem's Salesforce data and the CRM direction (a custom CRM built on the Company Brain) are accepted as the Discovery deliverables. The remaining Appendix 1 deliverables are superseded: the AI Roadmap, the depot operations / Flipturn prototype, the use-case backlog, the staffing plan and measured value. Those items are moved into Phase 2 or later engagements. Moreland will not invoice the second $25,000 Discovery payment.
Phase 1 — CRM MVP (October 2026): $25,000, invoiced October 2026.
MVP-grade service running on Vercel/SupaBase with support during business hours, not 24/7.
A working CRM on imported Zeem Salesforce data including:
accounts, contacts, deals, pipeline, search, documents and contact merge/cleanup, importing the accounts and deals we choose, with their contacts, through a mapping Zeem sets before the import.
Account and deal screens that show at a glance what Zeem wants to see as provided by Zeem before Phase 1 testing.
Activities and notes logged against the account, contact and deal (SOP 5.2.1), and requests raised to the named person (SOP 4.1 and 5.2.2).
Claude (MCP) connector for reading and updating CRM records; any AI-proposed change needs a person's approval.
The CRM rides on the core Knowledge Center and holds Zeem’s migrated Salesforce data and other files, searcha
