MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Zeem Solutions, Inc. (“Zeem”) with a Discovery project in support of Zeem's enterprise AI platform initiative (the "Project").
Background
Zeem operates electric fleet charging depots serving commercial fleet customers, with operations spanning charging and depot management, vehicle leasing and billing, and energy and utility coordination. Zeem has selected Claude as the core AI platform for its business and has set a clear strategic direction: move from systems that merely record work to AI-driven systems of action that automate it; simplifying communication, embedding operational knowledge into AI agents, and integrating existing systems without wholesale replacement.
Zeem's current Salesforce implementation is costly, complex, and misaligned with the company's fast-moving culture, and key operational data is fragmented across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and charger telemetry from Flipturn. Zeem's leadership envisions a governed data platform (with role-based access controls and Claude at the center) that consolidates these sources and powers automated workflows, tailored communications, and AI-generated dashboards and reporting.
Zeem's thinking on AI is already well advanced. Accordingly, this engagement compresses early-stage discovery and weights the effort toward building working use cases. The first area of focus will be depot operations, beginning with Flipturn charger telemetry at the depot, automating manual, error-prone workflows such as customer notifications when vehicle charging is complete and digitizing the operational expertise of Zeem's depot leadership so it can scale across locations.
