August 13, 2026 Michael Christianson Chief Executive Officer Park Nuclear 2999 E. Ainsworth Ave Pasco, WA 99301 Re: One Workspace — MVP Platform Build, First Pilot Implementation, and Production Support Dear Michael: MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the “Services”) to assist The Park Company LLC dba Park Nuclear (“Park”) with the build and first pilot implementation of the One Workspace application (the “Project”). Background Park Nuclear operates in a niche where utilities seek to avoid costly OEM system replacements by sourcing certified substitute parts. Park’s strategic goal is One Workspace: a read-only supply chain workspace that overlays each plant’s existing systems, gives procurement and materials teams one scored, explainable view of their work, and embeds Park inside utility procurement workflows. Park leadership has set the objective of having the platform operating in production within a year. Under the Arrangement Letter dated May 29, 2026, Park and Moreland completed the Discovery phase that this build was scoped from: the MVP feature set was agreed screen by screen with Park’s product champion, site visits were completed at Columbia Generating Station (Energy Northwest) and D.C. Cook (Indiana Michigan Power), the data landscape across those sites was characterized (SAP, IBM Maximo, Primavera P6, and associated records systems), and a refined build estimate was produced. That letter anticipated a subsequent MVP Build engagement to be scoped and contracted separately at the conclusion of Discovery; this Agreement is that engagement. The overall program has five components: (A) the platform build, (B) a first pilot site implementation, (C) a second, staggered pilot site implementation, (D) a convergence build that folds pilot learning into one managed code base, and (E) ongoing production support. This Agreement authorizes Components A, B, and E. Components C
