MorelandConnect, LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Arrangement Letter”) confirming our consulting services (the “Services”) to assist Essential Elements d/b/a Thesis Lighting (“Thesis”) with the design, production, and delivery of an AI-generated video proof of concept for the Living Label initiative (the “Project”).
This Arrangement Letter is issued as an Appendix to, and is subject to, the terms and conditions of the Consulting Services Agreement between Moreland and Essential Elements LLC dated March 1, 2026 (the “Master Agreement”).
Project Description
1. Objective
The objective of this engagement is to design and deliver a short-form, AI-generated video proof of concept that functions as an interactive “Living Label” for a Thesis lighting product family. The video can be made accessible to in-store Home Depot shoppers via QR code and is intended to serve as a silent salesperson helping shoppers - particularly those unfamiliar with the product category - make confident purchase decisions by demonstrating the product in real home environments.
This proof of concept is an important deliverable supporting Thesis Lighting’s strategic May 2026 presentation to Home Depot. Success with this initiative is expected to open the door to a broader rollout across multiple product families for the October 2026 season.
2. Scope of Work
Moreland will design, produce, and deliver AI-generated video content for the Living Label proof of concept, including the following:
A 30 to 40-second AI-generated video showcasing the featured product in one or more relatable home environments and having the speaker utilize the lighting family product description trend, style and romance content developed by thesis and working with AI to generate the segmented “stories”.
