MorelandConnect LLC ("Moreland") is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter ("Agreement")
confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist RAVAS USA, INC ("RAVAS") with
support, configuration, and training services for the BarcodeViewer application in support of the
Geodis project (the "Project").
Background
RAVAS integrates weighing and measuring technology in hand pallet trucks, electric warehouse
trucks, stackers, and forklift trucks for logistics operations, DCs, and warehouses. RAVAS has
developed the BarcodeViewer application to support the needs of its customer, Geodis. To ensure
successful deployment and operation of the BarcodeViewer app for Geodis, RAVAS requires
additional support, configuration, and training services.
Project Activities , Scope , and Approach
Project Scope
The project scope encompasses the following services and activities for the BarcodeViewer
application:
1. Initial Setup and Configuration (Total Cost: $3,000)
o Requirements gathering and test case documentation
o APK Testing/Validation
1. We are assuming a production candidate release of the BarcodeViewer
APK
2. This assumes less than 8 hours of development support from Moreland
(for normal changes, bug fixes, etc.)
3. Larger changes would be requested to be completed by RAVAS or would
require a separate change request to Moreland
o Code review and technical onboarding of MorelandConnect Support staff
2. Setup and Configuration (Cost: $2,000)
o StageNow Configuration and Testing
5601 HUDSON DRIVE HUDSON , OHIO 44236 o Detailed setup and configuration of devices using StageNow
o Extensive testing to ensure readiness for deployment
3. Training (Cost: $2,000)
o Creation of a User Manual/FAQ Document
