Overview
The Deposit Hub is an innovative solution crafted to provide efficient retail deposit funding for banks and credit unions, all while maximizing consumer earnings in a secure centralized platform.
Platform components
The overall Platform consists of:
A. Core
The Core is the back-end repository of data including Ledger, PII vault, scheduler accessed by secure API calls to service the B2C and the Portal
B. B2C web/mobile application
The B2C is the consumer interface to the Platform, it allows the user to register, order the transfer of funds to selected participating banks and credit unions and provides administrative services
C. Portal
The Portal is used internally as well as by partners and participating banks and credit unions and allows – depending on access – to view and manipulate information.

The Core platform
The Core platform's main purpose is to store information in a secure and immutable fashion (single source of truth), calculate interest, penalties, bonuses and fees and provide/receive instructions. The Core provides services to B2Cs (mainly via API) and access to information via web portals. The Core also connects to the Service Bank and various third-party vendors (microservices) for certain functionality, e.g. account verification, KYC etc. (mainly via API).
The core platform consists of the following components:
Immutable Data Ledger for Transactions
Transaction rules enforcement (“smart contract” associated with financial transactions for calculation of interest, penalties, rewards and fees)
PII Vault (Data store dedicated to PII data with strong controls)
Scheduler (scheduling of financial & tax statements, transactions, notifications and data feeds and fraud hold)
Data Transfer (Managed data transfer o
