Each work stream extends its respective Arrangement Letter. Prepared By MorelandConnect LLC Billing Time -and-materials per the referenced Arrangement Letters Rate $215/hr 1. Purpose This Program Change Order extends three active Safeguard work streams with enhancements requested during recent program status meetings: Route Mode / SafeView Mobile camera -disconnect handling, Desktop Video Uploader reliability and workflow improvements, and historical message migration for the Vendor Assistant mess aging platform. Each work stream extends its respective Arrangement Letter. This document consolidates them under a single program change order for approval. 2. Background Route Mode 360 and its companion Desktop Video Uploader are in active field use on Safeguard's Insta360 360 -degree capture workflow. Inspector feedback (Kevin Close) surfaced clearer camera - disconnect handling as a mobile ask that falls outside current Rou te Mode hours. Safeguard has since added the order -list video -eligibility marker on their side, so it is excluded here. In parallel, day -over -day desktop uploader use has surfaced reliability and workflow gaps across recovery, retry, local storage, error h andling, and status visibility.
