Early demos have bee n well received, and Seeber has a strategic product demonstration with Pfizer scheduled for September 1, 2026. This Arrangement Letter scopes Phase 4: a prioritized set of platform enhancements identified by Eric Camastro ahead of the Pfizer meeting, sequenced into two waves so the highest priority items land before September 1 and the remainder follow after. Scope of Services Moreland will provide consulting services to assist Seeber with the following, sequenced into two waves based on priority for Seeber’s September 1, 2026 meeting with Pfizer. Wave 1: Pre -Pfizer (Due Before September 1, 2026) • Incidence Model Duration Units: Change treatment duration inputs in the incidence forecast model from fractional units to months. (PCAI‑DEV‑04) • NPV and Expense Component: Add a streamlined net present value (NPV) module incorporating sales and marketing (S&M) and research and development (R&D) expenses. Final scope is contingent on the Excel file and mockups Seeber will provide by August 24, 2026.
