Moreland will perform the Services at MorelandConnect office locations.
1. Scope of Services
Assist Final Phase with Architecture and Design of CRM export and conversion tool, specifically for OnBase with consideration given to extensibility for other CRM platforms in the future.
Future state considerations include the ability to merge exports/conversion documents in single PDF (FOIA style release), watermark or tag items, and auto redact.
As a follow on activity to architecture and design consulting, MorelandConnect may assist Final Phase with development of the conversion tool at Final Phase’s discretion. Development hours can be billed as time and material under this Arrangement Letter or a separate Arrangement Letter with defined scope for any development assistance going forward. This will be determined mutually by MorelandConnect and Final Phase.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees for services will be based on hourly rate, as outlined below:
Rate: $195/hour
Billing Frequency: monthly
Assumptions
Final Phase will reimburse Moreland for out-of-pocket expenses to cover travel expenses, mileage, and other miscellaneous expenses. However, no out-of-pocket expenses are expected for the Project.
This Arrangement Letter is based upon the following assumptions. If these assumptions change and/or are modified, the Arrangement Letter will need to be adjusted accordingly.
