Re: Arrangement Letter — SOAR Elevate Product Engineering Services
Dear Larry:
MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist The Parkland Group (“Parkland”) with the continued development of SOAR Elevate (the "Project").
This letter confirms the arrangement we discussed: MorelandConnect will provide engineering services on a time and materials basis, working under the product direction of Brian and you, so that pace, scope, and level of effort remain fully in your control. This letter, once executed by both parties, forms our agreement to begin work.
Working Model
Brian will serve as product manager for SOAR Elevate, owning product design, priorities, and acceptance of completed work, and directing the MorelandConnect engineering team within his available time. MorelandConnect will supply the engineering effort to carry the load.
Work will be organized through a jointly maintained, prioritized backlog. Brian (with Larry and Jen) decides what gets built and in what order; MorelandConnect is responsible for engineering quality and velocity.
MorelandConnect will designate a lead engineer as Brian's day-to-day counterpart, with additional team members engaged as the backlog requires.
Work will be performed in Parkland's repository and environments, following shared coding standards, automated testing, and code review in both directions.
A brief weekly progress summary and a monthly hours report will be provided, with a standing check-in cadence agreed at kickoff.
Scope of Services
Engineering services in support of the SOAR Elevate platform, directed by Parkland. Based on our discussions and the technical review between Brian and Justin, we expect early effort to draw from the following areas, with priorities set by Brian and Larry:
Development of the remaining growth-lever modules and refi
