Viveka Health drives high levels of automation, intelligence, and communications across stakeholders throughout the benefits lifecycle using proprietary software that manages employee enrollment & eligibility, medical claims processing and adjudication, remittances and overpayment recovery. Viveka Health has asked MorelandConnect to provide project management and oversight for its Nepal-based development team. The project aims to enhance the delivery speed and quality of the Eligibility platform as it transitions towards its go-live phase in 2Q25. MorelandConnect will focus on improving development and testing processes, teaching the team to leverage AI tools for development, and providing functional oversight to the product.
