Re: AI Discovery and Prototype Engagement
Dear Rachel:
MorelandConnect LLC ("Moreland") is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter ("Agreement") confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist The NRP Group ("NRP") in evaluating, designing, and prototyping a high-value artificial intelligence use case utilizing MorelandConnect's Foundation AI platform.
Background
The NRP Group is a leading fully integrated real estate development, construction, and property management organization responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of multifamily housing communities across the United States. Over time, NRP has developed robust business processes and accumulated significant institutional knowledge across development, construction, operations, asset management, legal, and property management functions.
As part of its broader artificial intelligence strategy, NRP has established internal governance and business-led initiatives to identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and enhance employee productivity. Through these efforts, NRP has identified several potential use cases involving document intelligence, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
NRP's business operations rely heavily on access to contracts, construction documents, easements, change orders, vendor agreements, policies, procedures, and other business-critical information distributed across multiple repositories and systems. While this information is generally well organized and governed, locating, analyzing, and leveraging that knowledge often requires significant manual effort and subject matter expertise.
NRP leadership has expressed interest in evaluating how artificial intelligence can be applied to these and other operational challenges in a secure, practical, and business-focus
