4.25.25 – Internal Feasibility Meeting Thompson Project Christy & Sue – DI’s Run own business, own several hundred apartments. Both built their own homes. House is 14 years old. Sue (mom) sold home on 40 acres. Background: Reached out, close family frame-built Payne & Payne home, impressed by quality and process. Sue’s husband recently passed. New house on 40 acres, by herself. Want to built in-law suite onto Christy’s home. Sue has sold her home and closed mid-May. Timing is important to them. Committed to the project, funding portion of project with sale of Sue’s home. Sue would like to recreate some elements from her recently sold home. Follow up call and sharing benchmark number, PA clear the wish list far exceeds their budget. 3-4 months ago. Benchmarked with Blaine and then Julia. A mini apartment more or less. PA said wish list could push a million dollar. Focus on in-law suite, maybe garage bays. Basement walk out stairs a paint point. Need to address. Whever Sue’s bedroom is, do not face the road. Need to prioritize what is on their list. How many items are being transferred. Can we utilize existing basement in a creative way for Sue’s storage. Confirm septic system model/size.
