April 10, 2025 Dear Jessica: MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Signet Jewelers. (“Signet Jewelers”) Project Approach Signet Jewelers will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Signet Jewelers to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software. Responsibilities The following table outlines the key responsibilities for Signet Jewelers and Moreland. Moreland will perform the Services at MorelandConnect and Signet Jewelers office locations. 1. Objective The goal of this engagement is to efficiently design, develop, and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for product image automation using MorelandConnect’s Design to MVP Sprint methodology. 2. Scope of Work The engagement will consist of the following phased approach: Week 1 – Discovery Session 1: Kick-off, Mapping and Ideation (3 hours, In-Person with Signet) 1. Introductions and Sprint Overview Time: 30 minutes Implementation: Round table introductions Present sprint agenda Automated Image Automation Tool focus and impact 2.
