Moreland has been providing general service and support that has been billed on a time and materials basis. CIMS has asked Moreland to provide a new support agreement with a fixed monthly retainer for Moreland to continue in this support role. The parties expect the need for approximately 45 support hours per quarter. Services Activities, Scope, and Approach Technical Support Activities and Scope Up to forty-five (45) support/enhancement hours per quarter for support of the Electronic Tire Registration Portal/API, infrastructure, and security. Enhancement and support in excess of forty-five hours per quarter billed at a rate of $175/hr. Azure hosting, backups, Portal/API support and annual updates of SSL certificates.
