• Add Client filter to the Appointment Grid
• Correct percentage rate verbiage to:

2. Message Response UI Workflow
• Add a Response Counter to the Message icon on the Appointment Grid
• Create a UI view to display:
o Text message conversations
o Email conversations
• Connect the UI to Safeguard -provided messaging tables for email and text
