1. Purpose
This Change Order documents scope additions to the Nelson Labs Portal Enhancements engagement
based on the finalized Business Requirements Document (BRD) dated March 2026. The BRD further
defines the portal enhancements originally described in the Arrangem ent Letter and introduces new
requirements not covered by the original scope.
All work described in the original Arrangement Letter remains in effect. The items below are additive and
reflect additions, refinements, and one rework item arising from the BRD.
2. Scope Changes
2.1 My Orders Reorder — Revert and Separate (Rework)
The BRD specifies that reordering functionality should not change. The existing My Orders reorder will be
reverted to its original behavior. A new v2/PostRequote endpoint will handle the enhanced
REQUOTE/EDIT flow on the Quotes page only.
2.2 Quotes Page — Additional UI/UX
• Add “Shared Quotes” page (matching Shared Orders pattern)
• Account Team section with email links (Account Manager, PM, Business Development)
• RapidCert ™ upgrade prompts on eligible test codes
• Issue Date filters and default sort by Issue Date descending
• Processing timer while quote creates in CRM
• Minor: rename header to “My Quotes,” update confirmation text, quote status banners, remove
“Auto” label from fee line items, add estimated TAT line
2.3 Edit Quote — Additional Logic
• Move GLP and STAT checkboxes from

MorelandConnect LLC ("Moreland") is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter ("Agreement") confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Sotera Health LLC ("Sotera") with the Experlogix follow‑up (Quotes Management) and the Nelson Labs Portal eSSF enhancements, as described below
Background
Following the Experlogix proof‑of‑concept (POC), Nelson Labs and Moreland validated that the Experlogix web‑config API is available in the current version and is preferable to the IFrame approach. With SME guidance, we enhanced the existing My Orders re‑order implementation to properly represent prior orders (Pooled, Sets, Facility Id/Name, Return Samples, GLP, STAT) and revamped the `v1/PostRequote` payload and logic, coordinating with Experlogix to validate data entry.
In parallel, we defined a Quotes data model and completed a development UI for a new Quotes page (currently stubbed) intended to leverage the same Edit/Requote API. The next steps include completing activation logic for routine vs. non‑routine quotes; introducing a new `v1/ContactQuote` to supply the Quotes list from CRM/Experlogix; wiring the Quotes UI to live data; and enabling a Start Order flow that prepopulates the Sample Submission Form (SSF).
As a follow-on item, Nelson Labs requested UX/UI improvements to the eSSF including a multi‑step wizard and several functional enhancements.
