STATEMENT OF WORK - #01
The following Services will be provided by Contractor:

Program and project management services to support business and IT projects and programs.
Technical Approach:

Delivery Approach:
The activities and deliverables for design & development of the Project are presented in the following table:
The description for each deliverable is specified below -

Project Cost
960 hours (24 weeks) = $134,400
Change Management

Invoicing and Payment Schedule
Invoices are to be sent twice monthly and Signet is to pay electronically within ninety (90) days of receipt.

Client to provide laptop computer and access to all needed systems.
Consultant will not be required to be dedicated to this account/project exclusively.
