MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Playaway Products. (“Playaway Products”)

Playaway Products will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Playaway Products to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software.

Overview
This proposal outlines the development of a custom Corporate-Owned, Single-Use (COSU) Android launcher optimized for 22" touchscreens in library and school environments. The solution will provide age-appropriate content categorization for children, librarian controls, and a secure kiosk experience. Using Moreland Design Sprint methodology, we'll deliver a user-centered solution that balances engaging design with practical functionality tailored to a children's library workstation.
MVP Base Development Cost: $35,000
MVP Base Development Range with Additional Scope/Contingencies: $35,000-$65,000
Phase 1: Discovery Sprint
Evaluate hardware specifications and compatibility requirements
Review product requirements document (PRD) from customer
