Dear Anita:
MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Signet Group Services US Inc. (“Signet”)
This Agreement is issued pursuant to and governed by the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) dated June 10, 2024, by and between Signet and Moreland. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the MSA.
1. Project Overview
Signet operates two special order POS workflows and supporting applications: Dallas (ZPB) and Akron (KJO). These systems differ materially in SKU strategy, vendor catalog support, automation/knowledge-base behavior, order recovery, and audit trail capabilities. Signet desires to harmonize these into a single modernized special order experience (“Harmonized Solution”) that preserves the strongest capabilities of each system while addressing documented gaps and failure modes.

2. Objectives
Establish secure access to required IMS and RMS applications and codebases; complete an initial review.
Understand user stories for an initial release (MVP) of the Harmonized Solution.
Prepare for a subsequent Design and Build phase for the Harmonized Special Order POS application.
3. Scope of Work (Discovery)
Phase 0 – Access and Initial Review
Inventory gaps in access to IMS and RMS applications and related environments; confirm required accounts and permissions.
Coordinate and complete access setup for any missing IMS and RMS applications and any non-IMS and RMS applications associated with this project (including provisioning and verification).
Access each relevant codebase (IMS and RMS) and perform an initial technical review to inform downstream design decisions.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops for both Akron and Dallas special order PO
