MorelandConnect LLC (“Moreland”) is pleased to provide this Arrangement Letter (“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Hinkley Inc. (“Hinkley”)
Executive Summary
2. Scope of Work
The engagement will consist of the following phased approach:
6. Fees
The fixed fee for the AI Roadmap and Governance Policy framework is $25,000 USD, 50% ($12,500) due prior to project commencement and 50% ($12,500) upon creation of Executive Read-out.
Assumptions
Client will reimburse Moreland for out-of-pocket expenses to cover travel expenses, mileage, and other miscellaneous expenses. However, no out-of-pocket expenses are expected for the Project.
This Arrangement Letter is based upon the following assumptions. If these assumptions change and/or are modified, the Arrangement Letter will need to be adjusted accordingly.
Hinkley will dedicate a project leader to the Project.
Hinkley will ensure appropriate stakeholders participate in workshops in each phase.
Hinkley will provide access to existing documents and data.
This Arrangement Letter is issued as an Appendix to and is subject to the terms of the Consulting Services Agreement between the parties dated XXX.
