Comprehensiv e Software A software system should be developed to include the following. Software system shall be accessible through a web -site portal A minimum of access for ( 5) different entities • The entities that shall be party to the renovation software shall be: o Renovation Lender s o Inspe ctor network o Contractors o Renovation loan borrower o To be determined • Each entity will be required to register and fill in a profile with all pertinent information . o Software will require per entity differing documentation to be included and stored , such as;  Contractor, insurance deck page, contractor license , drivers license  Inspector; insurance, HUD ID# , home inspector license, driver’s license  Contracts for differing entities (to be password protected for upper management admin only) o Software will send out automatic reminders to differing entities of any expiration dates, and will freeze any ongoing process until updated. Admin shall be notified of issue • Software allows for differing reports for each entity o Software shall generate detailed lender reports, which shall include;  Detail tracking of individual files which will include; • Storage of all file documentation • Tracking of all file accounting including draws and change orders (per file) o Software shall generate detailed Admin reports, which shall include;  Detail of project status of each file in regards to; • Progress of pre -closing • Progress of post closing o Draw status for both accounting and timeline • Annual dollar volume for; o Each entity o Per renovation loan and entity • Multiple year dollar volume for o Each entity o Per renovation loan and entity • Software to create and update s weekly to CRM data base for all entities • Summary of p rojects to date per o Lender o Contractor o Inspector • Mapping of contractors and inspectors o Inspector mapping to be per type and lic ense o Inspecto
