and assist with project execution .
Prioritize and communicate desired fixes and enhancements
to be completed by Moreland
Review and approve completed modifications
Assist in the creation of project deliverables

of deliverables

1. Objective
The goal of this engagement is to efficiently design, develop, and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for medication verification, validation and accountability for EMS and Hospital Integration. Will include RFID Reader and EPCR integration. Goal is to enhances medication verification and accountability within EMS and hospital systems through RFID technology, enabling efficient scanning and integration with existing Electronic Patient Care Report systems. A critical aspect is the improvement of the drug administration workflow, which currently relies on manual calculations for dosing, particularly in pediatric cases. The new system would automate dosage calculations based on scanned information, reducing errors and enhancing patient safety.
2. Scope of Work
The engagement will consist of the following phased approach:
Week 1 – Discovery
