Project Approach
Client will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal communication channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings). The Moreland team will work with Client to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the software.

1. Project Overview
This project delivers two enhancements to the existing Lilopro photographer marketplace: (1) a Paid Photographer Profiles tier that monetizes premium accounts via Stripe subscriptions, search prioritization, expanded portfolios, packages, and external video links; and (2) an Availability Search capability that allows customers to discover photographers based on calendar-derived availability synced from Google Calendar and Calendly.
Both deliverables will be built into the existing Lilopro Next.js / Drizzle / Postgres codebase and styled to match the current product.
2. Objectives
Enable photographers to subscribe to a paid plan via Stripe with monthly and annual billing options.
Differentiate paid photographers through search priority, featured status, expanded portfolios, package tiers, and embedded external video.
Provide customers with an availability-aware discovery experience driven by calendar data synced from Google Calendar and Calendly.
Operate within Lilopro’s existing Next.js / Drizzle / Postgres stack and match the existing visual styling.
