(“Agreement”) confirming our consulting services (the "Services") to assist Western
Enterprises . (“Western ”)
Project Approach
Western will prioritize work and communicate to the Moreland resources using normal
communication channels (e.g., email, phone , meetings) . The Moreland team will work with
Western to coordinate the implementation of tested and approved modifications to the
software.
Responsibilities
The following table outlines the key responsibilities for Western and Moreland .

Western • Appoint a Western project leader to direct team activities and
assist with project execution .
• Prioritize and communicate desired fixes and enhancements
to be completed by Moreland
• Review and approve completed modifications
• Assist in the creation of project deliverables
MorelandConnect • Work with Western to manage the project plan and creation
of deliverables
• Participa te in the activities described in the “Project Activ ities,

Apply trusted code-signing certificates to designated executables, drivers, and libraries.

Code Signing & .NET/Cybersecurity Updates
The following components will be updated, secured, and code-signed:
A. MDT500 Software (Local Executables)
Components: LFE Sample App and MDT Config
Tasks Include:
Update to latest .NET framework version (as applicable).
Refactor or adjust code for compatibility with new framework requirements.
Apply cybersecurity conformance updates, including dependency patching and secure configuration.
